There will be DRAWINGS, PRIZES, FREE SAMPLES, and FREE or DISCOUNTED EXPERIENCES for all our hospitality guests!

Must be a Visit Cocoa Beach member or an Accelerate Brevard investor to participate.

Vendor Requirements & Guidelines

Vendors must provide an offer, discount, or free experience for attendees.

Each vendor must donate one item for the grand prize giveaways.

No tents permitted.

Setup: 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM

Breakdown: After 5:00 PM (early breakdown = ineligible for next year).

Event staff may adjust vendor locations to avoid conflicts or if a space is double-booked.
