Join us for a practical, hands-on session led by Jamie Gonzalez designed to help business owners confidently set up and optimize QuickBooks Online (QBO) for day-to-day success.

Jamie will walk through how to choose the right version of QBO for your business and guide you through key setup and customization steps, including:

  • Selecting the appropriate QuickBooks Online plan
  • Customizing your Chart of Accounts
  • Connecting and managing bank feeds
  • Integrating other business apps
  • Setting up payroll correctly
  • Smart categorization tips to keep your accountant happy

Wi-Fi will be available, and attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops to participate in a real-time settings workshop and follow along directly in their own QBO accounts.

Whether you’re new to QuickBooks Online or looking to clean up and improve your current setup, this session will leave you with practical tools and best practices you can apply immediately.
