Over 30 years of experience in Leadership, Team Development, Continuous Improvement, and Asset Reliability, he is an adaptive leader who brings enthusiasm and expertise to maximize individual and team performance and organizational execution.

Jim holds an MA in Leadership, a BS in Management, and certifications in Calibration, Quality, Logistics, and International Programs. He is a DISC Flow® behavioral profile certified trainer, a Symmetry INSPIRE® coaching system coach, a Certified NLP Practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jim worked as a Project Manager for International Programs as a government contractor. He has also held positions as a Training, Development, and Calibration Manager and Lean Specialist for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

As a senior leader with 22 years of service in the United States Navy, he has a wealth of leadership experience. Jim is passionate about leadership development and is dedicated to helping teams and individuals realize their true potential.
