This event is organized by RIZE, the "Young Professionals Group," to support introverts in developing networking skills in a relaxed and engaging environment. Nikki Rach will lead the session, providing actionable strategies and insights to help attendees navigate social interactions effectively.

Passionate about coaching, accountability, and strategic vision, Nikki helps teams implement EOS tools to drive clarity and success. She also specializes in non-profit growth.

Outside of work, Nikki is an Ironman and marathon swimmer, bringing the same discipline to leadership teams.
