RIZE Connections: Cracking the Communication Code

Strong professional relationships are built through clear communication, trust, and the ability to understand what the people around you need.

Join RIZE Young Professionals for an interactive lunch experience designed to help you make meaningful new connections while exploring the communication habits that shape the way you lead, collaborate, network, and build relationships.

Featuring Cathy Lipop, founder of Confetti Catalyst, this RIZE Connections program is built around a simple idea: sending a message is not always the same as being understood. Through guided conversation, connection activities, and networking with fellow professionals, attendees will explore the different ways people communicate, including Critique, Collaborate, Clarify, Care, and Celebrate.

You will leave with a better understanding of your own communication style, practical language for navigating misunderstandings, and a stronger ability to recognize how others prefer to connect. Whether you are building your career, leading a team, meeting new clients, or expanding your circle, these insights can help you create more productive and authentic relationships.

Come enjoy lunch, connect with young professionals from across Brevard County, and leave with relationships and practical insight you can use right away.
