Trade the résumé drop for a real conversation. This Thursday evening social brings together active-duty service members, those in

transition, veterans, military spouses, and adult dependents with the employers, schools, and resource partners hiring and helping across Florida's Space Coast and beyond.

Expect a relaxed room, good company, and people who actually understand what a PCS timeline does to a job search — because this event was built by people who have been in your shoes. Come to meet a hiring manager, ask an admissions rep a blunt question, or just find out what's out there before you need it.

The conversation continues Friday, November 6, with a full-day symposium at the same location — a deeper dive into employment pathways, education benefits, and the resources available to you and your family. Both events at The Tides Collocated Club. Bring a friend, bring a spouse, bring your questions. 

Who it's for? 

TransitionCon is designed to help active duty service members, military spouses, and veterans feel informed, supported, and empowered as they prepare for the move into civilian careers. Employers, educational institutions, and resource partners are encouraged to attend (sponsorships available) 

Why attend? 

● Connect with employers who are actively hiring. 

● Participate in informational interviews with hiring managers - a one-to-one discussion where attendees can ask questions, share goals and better understand their career opportunities. 

● Discover VA benefits, entrepreneurship and translating military experience into civilian career language.
