Join us for the Thrive Brevard Space Coast Health & Wellness Expo, presented by Health First, on August 20, 2026, at the Space Coast Health Foundation.

This free community event is designed to help you discover new ways to support your health and well-being while connecting with local health and wellness professionals, organizations, and resources.

From health education and wellness vendors to nourishing snacks, wellness shots, and hands-on experiences, the Thrive Brevard Space Coast Health & Wellness Expo offers something for everyone interested in taking better care of their whole self—mind, body, and spirit.

Guests can enjoy healthy snacks provided by Fuego & Salt, along with wellness shots sponsored by The Drip Bar at Pineda Landings and prepared by Fuego & Salt.

Free Breakout Wellness Workshops

Following the expo, attendees are invited to participate in one of four free breakout workshops. Each workshop will have 25 spots available, so registration is encouraged.

🧘‍♀️ Guided Imagery

With Rebecca Freehill, LMT, CHT of Transformational Healing of Brevard

Take time to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself through guided imagery.

🌬️ Breathwork

With Dori Grace of Somatics Soul

Explore the power of intentional breathing and learn practices designed to help you connect with your body, release tension, and become more present.

🔥 Hot Yoga

With Suzanne Elliott of Hot Yoga on the Island

Move, stretch, and reconnect with your body through a guided hot yoga experience.

🔔 Sound Bath

With Diana Kennedy of Hot Yoga on the Island

Relax and restore through the immersive experience of sound, vibration, and intentional stillness.

What to Bring to the Workshops

If you plan to participate in a workshop, please bring:

- A yoga mat

- Water

- Comfortable clothing

- A willingness to learn, connect, and be present

All workshop participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating.

The expo and breakout workshops are free and open to the public. Workshop space is limited to 30 participants per session, so registration is encouraged.
