That's Rooted in Sound. --- THE EXPERIENCE Rooted in Sound is an outdoor hammock sound bath held in the wellness yard at Cubehouse — dockside, under the trees, under the stars. This isn't a studio class. This is immersive. This is the kind of evening people talk about for weeks. You come in carrying the week. You leave having remembered something important about yourself. --- WHAT TO EXPECT Before the sound bath begins: Arrive early and settle in. Get situated in your hammock or on your mat. Let the setting do its first round of work — because even before the sound begins, this space has something to say. 10-Minute UNiCUBE Sessions (Available Before or After the Event) Before you lie down under the stars, you can drop into the UNiCUBE — our patented solid cedar sonic vibration pod, the only one in North America, exclusively available at Cubehouse. Ten minutes inside and your body is already in a completely different state before the sound bath even begins. Yes. The sound bath and fire circle take place in our outdoor wellness yard, dockside on the river. Come dressed for an evening outside in September in Florida — comfortable and with a light layer within reach. What if it rains? In the event of weather that makes an outdoor event unsafe, registered ticket holders will be notified as early as possible with options for rescheduling or a credit toward a future event. Because tickets are non-refundable, we will always make weather-related accommodations. How many hammock spots are there? Hammock spots are limited and typically sell out before yoga mat spots. If you want a hammock, don't wait. Do I need to add the UNiCUBE session at the time of purchase? Yes — the UNiCUBE add-on is only available with the yoga mat ticket and must be added at checkout. We cannot guarantee availability for add-ons purchased at the door. What time should I arrive? Doors open at 6:30 PM. If you've added a UNiCUBE session, plan to arrive by 6:30 to have time for your session before the sound bath begins at 7:00 PM. I've never done a sound bath before. Is this beginner-friendly? This is one of the most welcoming ways to experience your first sound bath. The outdoor setting, the hammock option, and the community atmosphere remove the intimidation factor completely. Just show up. Are tickets transferable? Tickets are non-transferable to other events but may be transferred to another person for the same event.
